一套给独立工作室用的双语站点：两套版面，一种语气。A bilingual site system for small studios: two surfaces, one voice.
问题The problem
独立工作室的站点通常只有两种命运：模板化的作品集，或者过度设计的个人秀。而且双语几乎是事后补的——英文版读起来总像翻译。Studio sites usually end up as either a templated portfolio or an over-designed showreel. Bilingual is almost always bolted on afterwards, and the English reads like a translation.
做法What I did
把版面当排版问题而不是视觉问题：中英文各自设定字距与行距，两边的节奏都必须自己成立；颜色与组件只保留一套。Treat layout as a typographic problem, not a visual one: Chinese and English each get their own tracking and leading, and each has to hold up alone. Colour and components stay single.
结果What changed
两套版面终于不再是「原文与翻译」，而是两个同时成立的版本。这条经验直接用在现在这个站上。The two surfaces stopped being original and translation and became two versions that both stand. That is the rule this site is built on.
