问题The problem
我做过的项目大多带着构建链、包管理与 CI。我想知道自己还记不记得：一个页面最少需要什么。Most of my projects arrive with a build chain, a package manager and CI. I wanted to know whether I still remembered the minimum a page needs.
做法What I did
一个 HTML 文件，内联 CSS 与 JS，一个 Service Worker 做离线壳。没有依赖，没有构建，双击就能打开。One HTML file with inline CSS and JS, plus a service worker for an offline shell. No dependencies, no build, open it by double-clicking.
结果What changed
它几年后还能跑，没有版本漂移，也没有安全公告。它也是我判断「哪些复杂度是必要的」的基准线。It still runs years later: no version drift, no security advisories. It is also the baseline I use to judge which complexity is necessary.
